Values Day

On Friday 29th June the whole school enjoyed different activities to explore our school values.
During our Values Day sessions, we explored what our school values mean, how we can display them in our actions; ultimately, how we can live them out.
Great examples of team work were shown within each activity, especially during the team challenges, stretcher carry, mental and physical activities.
Pupils were able to describe how they were displaying the values:
"We had to show empathy towards people who were not able to do the things that we were" - during dance activity.
"We needed to work as a team and effective communication was important. Someone need to show leadership skills and take charge" - during stretcher carry.
"We had to keep going and show determination, then show resilience when one way didn't work" - mosaic making.
