A group of brave year 8 pupils had a wonderful, if slightly scary, evening at Poole Lighthouse Theatre watching a performance of Woman in Black.

This was organised by the English department as an introduction to the Gothic Horror section of the curriculum.

Staff met the pupils at the theatre and enjoyed the performance with them.
There were a few screams and shudders rippling through the packed theatre. The feedback from the pupils was very positive, and we hope to be able to repeat the theatre experience when something suitable is next on.
